Meet Coach Daisha

Helping Young Women Thrive In Sport And Life
Coach Daisha is a Head Women’s Tennis Coach, educator, and youth development leader with nearly two decades of experience working with student-athletes. She is the founder of Discover. Regulate. Rise., a workshop experience designed to help female athletes and young women build emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience under pressure.
As a former collegiate athlete and current NCAA Division II head coach, she brings firsthand experience in high-performance environments and understands the mental demands placed on young women in sports. Through her work, Coach Daisha partners with schools, athletic programs, and youth organizations to help develop strong, self-aware, and resilient female athletes who can perform and lead under pressure.
